Inside, timeless Mediterranean-style architecture and British Colonial furnishings are complemented by a neutral interior palette with subtle accents of pale blue which offsets the rich wood-ceilings, window casements and furniture. The home’s open floor plan features terracotta tile flooring and graceful arches throughout. Arriving at Doniford Cottage, an entry courtyard leads to a spacious octagon-shaped great room with elegant seating, a dining area for eight and a bar. This living area leads off to a covered outdoor dining area which opens to the pool and sea beyond, and to an impressive modern kitchen and an exceptionally comfortable media room with ample seating. The king-bedded master offers a terrace and a large en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious dressing area, indoor shower, bathtub and garden shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, while the third bedroom is appointed with two doubles. Both rooms feature a bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and a private covered veranda with seating and views of the sea.

Just beyond the elegant, pergola-shaded terrace, stairs lead off from the infinity pool down to the wide palm-studded beach below. The pool area faces west towards mainland Antigua and provides captivating views of the sultry Caribbean sunsets.
