The Finest Retreats is a subsidiary of LLM, INC. You may not use this site to collect information for contractual use. This site is intended for user to engage in a private home, private island, private hotel, or tour program. This site owner has the legal right to book the homes previewed at a rate "consistent" with the commercially published rates found online and privately through the owners. At times rates can be negotiated to a lower rate during low season or last minute scheduling. We are not in the habit of offering homes at an "added" commission rate as clients have the right to disclosure as to what they are paying. Each owner is contracted using a standard contract with issuing licenses from both parties being verified in-house.

You may not use this site to violate terms of the site booking process. The booking terms are made by each owner by generally are booked at 50% down and then 50% (balance) due 60 days prior. There is a contract sent through the offices to the owner and then acting as the intermediary the owner receives a copy of such contract signed and agreed to terms distributed. Each owner has the right to change their terms at any time as this is a private home and many things can arise, including unforeseen damages from fire, storms, or political turmoil. We are not responsible for your booking being lost due to any of the described reasons: Fires, Storms, Loss of Job, Pandemic, Political Turmoil, Cancellation of Flights or any other Loss incurred by your inability to travel. For that reason we ask that each client assess the risk and take our travel insurance or decline our travel/trip insurance policies. If you do not protect your trip you may lose your deposit or full amount depending on dates.

Holidays are 100% non-refundable for any reason. Holidays will include the Faith Based, End of Year as well as the National Holidays recognized in the country of origin and abroad.
