This unique beach house is situated at the beginning of the Cycladic islands. It looks on the seashore of a large bay in a peaceful location offering exceptional privacy within a preserved archipelago of islets.

The property is part of a privileged historical grand estate of 900 acres planted with tall cypress, centennial olive and pine groves, pistachio and fig trees set within a mature Mediterranean vegetation and dry stonewalls. Yet, this luxurious hideaway is minutes away by boat to a fisherman's wharfor to a beautiful medieval city with its Venetian Castle and fish restaurants by the sea. It is also the gateway for day excursions to the near by Cycladic islands or to Athens’s cultural venues. This exceptional beachfront property comfortably houses 8-9 guests.

Contemporary furniture and elegant decoration adorn the house and each bedroom has en-suite marble bathrooms featuring stylish old- fashioned English accessories.

The patios and numerous shaded terraces provide a comfortable setting at any hour of the day. In a matter of days, you will feel yourself anew, it is the perfect match for those who love nature, water sports, fishing, boat rides and sailing, relaxing on a beach, or just enjoying a drink at sunset on the pier in front of the house.

Numerous trails on the estate also provide great hiking and biking escapes. The property is ecologically managed and a gourmet selection of seasonal products from the organic vegetable garden and the farm will complement your menu

The main Villa is located on the beach. Large stone paved terraces surround the whole building with beautiful views on the sunset that lead directly to the private beach and the pier in front of the villa. Spectacular crystal clear turquoise water is at your doorstep. Sofas, lounges chairs, wooden deck, stone built benches and dining areas, resting areas are welcoming and give an abundance of space for family and friends to celebrate each magnificent day. Entrance hall large antique French picture windows, old tiles and antique furniture. Master bedroom (#2, Queen size bed 1.80 cm X 2m) sun lit with large picture windows, a wood burning fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. 1 bedroom, Room #2 , with a double bedroom and with en-suite bathroom and an extra large magnificent marble shower. The large 1930’s picture windows face a small patio with a pergola shaded by a large grapevine. The view is of a Mediterranean landscape with the herb garden, olive groves and dry stone supporting walls.

1 twin bedroom (Room #1, with two single beds 1m x 2 m) with large French picture windows and a wood-burning fireplace and a private bathroom. A separate guest W.C is located in the small hallway that leads to the dining and living room area. The dining and kitchen area are united by a bar bench decorated with large slates of local marble stone and bar stools. The large authentic Cycladic Fireplace completes the essence of the dining area in the traditional architectural style found on this island! French doors unite the outside living and dining area with the kitchen. The living room has an antique large lime stone fireplace, a library full of books, interesting memorabilia, tables with board games and comfortable sofas. The two large French windows open to the pergola shaded living area with views to the sea and the countryside.

A door leads to the hallway of the independent Grand Master Suite and separates it from the living room. The Grand Master Suite (#1, has a King Size Bed 1.90cm X 2m) lounge chair and stool, a large Cycladic wood-burning fireplace, French windows leading to its own terrace and lounge chairs. The en suite bathroom has also access to its own hallway. The office with a comfort bed adds extra living space to the suite.
