The seven en-suite bedrooms, each with king-size beds, are enough to satisfy any need. Spacious and calm, six of the magnificent bedrooms are arranged around the central communal areas allowing everyone privacy and a true sense of space.

The master suite, the seventh room, is truly unique. Positioned on the tip of the peninsula, away from the property, the circular suite is surrounded by water, with 360 degree views of the ocean – perfect for anyone looking for a secret, seaside hideaway.

Lying to the north west is Palm Point’s private beach, only a few short steps from the expansive living areas and terraces of the villa. Lined by palm trees and leading out onto the peaceful waters of the inlet, the beach is the perfect spot to soak up the warm Caribbean sun.

The white sandy beach is the place to do as much or as little as desired. Let time melt away with a good book and a cool drink in the shady cabana, or make a splash in a sea kayak, on a paddle board or simply bobbing along in a retro pedalo.

With its triple aspect views of the ocean, the private beach offers guests absolute seclusion, save for passing boats and the odd tropical bird.

Warm, steady trade winds and a beautiful coastline make Antigua a prime sailing destination. Whilst at Palm Point, take to the ocean in our 72-foot Sunseeker Predator sports yacht from the villa’s own private mooring. Head out with the crew to snorkel on the local reefs, explore the island or discover a hidden beach for a romantic picnic.

Also available to hire is the Palm Point speedboat. Able to seat up to six, the boat can be taken out to the bays on either side of the house for snorkelling, water skiing or family fun riding the doughnut.

The private villa offers complete privacy and seclusion within a gated complex. The property is fenced off with night-time security each evening and 24-hour security available on request.
