Our personal residence is a multi-level six bedroom; six and one half bath home overlooking the ocean. This unique home is specially designed to provide visitors an all inclusive destination that offers every amenity imaginable to the discerning traveler.

Beautifully landscaped grounds welcome your arrival. Upon entering the foyer, guests are greeted by the dramatic view of the ocean seen through the floor to ceiling window accompanied by a comfortable sitting area perfect for relaxing. In the event work happens to call, next to the foyer is an office with wet bar accompanied by a wireless printer/scanner; furnished private balcony; and half bath. Also adjoining the foyer are the dining room; living room; and kitchen.

Cooking is a family event at our home, and no expense has been spared in appointing the kitchen and adjoining living area so that they function as one large open space. The kitchen features high end appliances including a double oven; convection microwave oven; side by side refrigerator with bottom freezer and ice maker; stainless steel dishwasher; under counter ice maker; and two coffee makers (regular and Keurig). A fully stocked spice rack and condiments are available for guests. A large high definition television perched in the living room is viewable from both rooms, and a counter with stools adjoins the two rooms so the chef is always a part of the activity. Socializing flows seamlessly from inside to outside onto the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Imagine dining outside with a view of the ocean waves or a full moon illuminating the water. The fully furnished balcony provides everything needed for relaxing and socializing.

A few steps from the balcony lies a tropical oasis overlooking the ocean. Listen to the ocean waves and running fountain feature while enjoying the pool with Jacuzzi. Loungers and swinging hammock chairs await for relaxation. How about a day of grilling; swimming; and your favorite sporting events while gazing at the ocean? The custom built outdoor kitchen includes a professional grill; ice maker; sink; cable television; and rest room for a complete outdoor experience.

Downstairs the media room offers an array of entertainment options. A 70 inch high definition television with home theater surround sound and DVR is the focal point of the room. Choose from the library of DVD's, or better yet, bring your own virtual library. Apple TV (available in the media room; living room; and master bedroom) turns your Iphone into a virtual DVD player and allows the home theater experience to launch directly from the phone. Bring your own Netflix and YouTube accounts to life in this ultimate theater experience. Gaming enthusiasts will enjoy the PlayStation experienced in our luxury gaming loungers. Behind the loungers is a huge L shaped sofa on a raised platform providing convenient viewing and comfort for everyone. The media room also includes a wet bar; an old fashioned popcorn machine cart; and a variety of family games.

The house includes six bedrooms, each of which is equipped with its own separate full bath. Enjoy a luxury lounging experience in one of our spa robes provided in each room with morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves. The master bedroom with furnished balcony overlooking the ocean offers a breathtaking view each morning. Each bedroom is appointed with its own unique theme. All bedrooms include individually controlled air conditioning and cable television. High definition television with Apple TV is featured in the living room; master bedroom; and media room.

Attention to detail abounds in the home's furnishings. Most of the d?cor was imported in order to achieve the owner's discriminate desire for luxurious living. From the high quality bedding to indoor and outdoor furnishings, a vacation here will feel like a home away from home. The home is professionally wired with access points throughout, making full strength wireless access available in every area of the house. Wireless connectivity extends to the entire pool and outdoor kitchen area so that relaxation outside can include all forms of media. Around the corner from the house lies what some consider to be the most enjoyable secluded beach experience in Palmas Del Mar. Walk or ride to this oasis of serenity that is typically only used by the few who know about it.

The Puerto Rican experience is enhanced in a unique way when staying here with the optional use of the owner?s 48 foot personal motor yacht. Guests are invited to schedule a trip with a knowledgeable captain exploring the Spanish Virgin Islands just off the eastern coast of Puerto Rico.
