Maria's Beachfront Villa, Rincon, Puerto Rico Vacation Rental

 

You will enter the Main Villa through a medieval solid 10 ft x 6 ft double entry door onto imported Spanish floor tiles. All the doors were custom made from Brazilian Hardwood and finished in San Juan in the Old Spanish style enter through the hallway with 10 ft ceilings and custom lighting with dimmers throughout.  All areas have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The upper balconies have ceiling fans keep you cool on those tropical nights. We offer daily maid service and there is a swim up bar for serving cold drinks and grilled foods during the day. We can even arrange for a private chef who can prepare extravagant meals for your culinary appetite, with service in the privacy of your villa, poolside, or on the sandy beach in the front of the property.

 

The Living room has 8ft tall sliders that open out to a 10ft. Coralina stone deck that faces the pool and ocean. It has a 60" Flat screen TV entertainment center with CD, DVD, and  surround sound stereo system so you may listen to your favorite sounds inside and outside, along with a wrap around couch, breakfast bar and a small dinette. The pool with its steps located opposite the lunch bar makes it an easy transition from the deck to the water. Take the connecting steps to a wrap around bench that continues to four (4) submerged stools at the Bar. Designed to provide a cool area for lounging or hanging out, the swim-up Pool Bar has  tiled Coralina countertops, refrigerator, (2) TVs, stereo and  room for 8 outdoor stools with access to separate his and hers restrooms.

 

We offer daily maid service and we can even arrange for a private chef who can prepare extravagant meals for your culinary appetite, with service in the privacy of your Villa, poolside, or on the sandy beach in the front of the property. There’s private beach access through a 20 ft rod iron gate which has an outdoor shower area.

 

The Beach Guesthouse is above a 3 car garage, located across from the main villa, and has one bedroom and bath.  This is an optional rental in addition to the house.  The owner lives onsite, in a separate apartment and is there to help with any of your needs.  The owner caters to weddings and parties, so please do ask.
