Each of the seven bedrooms has a private bath, air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, hair dryer, safe, phone, TV connected to satellite, and room-to-room intercom. L'Oasis also features a full SPA with a gym room equipped with Multi-Station Universal, a Tread-mill, an Elliptical, Free Weights, Plasma TV, Sound, an exterior Jacuzzi, a Massage room, a Manicure/Pedicure area, a Bathroom with Steam room, Shower and Toilet. When it comes to swimming, guests can choose from a dip in the sea, or either of the two swimming pools ... one huge infinity pool is located at the villa and the other pool on the sand with a spectacular beach pavilion which is accessible from the main pool via an elevator or by an alley.

Villa L’Oasis is located 12 minutes from Marigot, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, and footsteps to Baie Rouge Beach.

 
ABOUT ST. MARTIN/ST. MAARTEN:
St. Martin (the French side) is known for its beautiful beaches, clothing stores, shopping, and rich French and Caribbean cuisine.  The official language is French, but English is commonly spoken.  The Dutch side (St. Maarten) is known for its festive nightlife, casinos, and jewelry stores.  The official language is Dutch and English.  This all adds up to a tale of two nations that offer the best of both worlds ... activity and leisure.
 
Terres Basses (French for Lowlands) is located at the westernmost end of the island beyond the Simpson Bay Lagoon. It is home to some of the most exclusive villas on the island and features two of St. Martin's prettiest beaches at Plum Bay, Baie Rouge, and Long Bay.
 
The capital city of Marigot is perhaps the most French in spirit of all the cities in the Caribbean. Colonial houses stand beside smart cafes and bistros, pastry shops and luxury boutiques, and in many ways it looks just like any of the French market towns you might expect to find on the Continent. Visitors can enjoy a newly built shopping center at the foot of Fort St. Louis, with luxurious boutiques. At the southern end of town down by the harbor is the Marina Port la Royale, elegant stores with the latest in European designer fashions and fine jewelry, all free of tax. The official currency on the French side is the euro.  However, every store on the island also accepts the United States dollar. The entire city is only four streets wide, so it is very easy to get around.
 
St. Maarten’s (the Dutch side) Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) is served by Air Caraibes, Air France, American Airlines, Air Transat, BWIA, Continental, Corsair, Delta, Dutch Caribbean, Jet Blue, KLM, Liat, United Airline, and US Airway.  There is also a small airport on the French side (St. Martin) of the island at Grand Case, Lâ Esperance Airport, for small jet and propeller planes serving neighboring Caribbean islands.
