Ancient pilgrimage stopover on the way to Santiago de Compostela, Château Diter is a splendid property in the Italian Renaissance style, in Saint Jacques de Grasse, between Monaco and Saint Tropez, in a completely preserved environment among the hills of the worldwide capital of perfumes and close to the sea.

Its two helicopter pads allow to reach easily any surrounding towns (Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez), as well as ports around the Mediterranean Sea.

This magnificient manor, like a medieval town of Tuscan, offers 7 hectare grounds in « restanques » which benefits from a spectacular view over an amphitheatre of green hills. Besides different species of trees, there are many thematic gardens, like the Pompei’s Garden, as well as the David’s Garden, the Mediterranean Gardens or the orange groves. The ground of the property is divided up into the olive trees groves, which provide a very high quality AOC oil, and 1 hectare of vineyards, providing red, rosé and white wines.

The château, fully air-conditioned, boasts of maximum high protection security system, controlled by computer, a sea-water swimming pool with a stunning waterfall and a service bar, a closed internal garage and outside parkings areas.

The main house provides 16 suites (of which a Royal Suite, directly served by an elevator with the reception’s rooms). An indipendent cottage is situated close to the vineyards and two other suites are located next to the cloister. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard elegance and comfort.

The entrance, the main reception room, the conservatory and dining rooms, are adorned by an imposing fireplace and fresco ceilings. The large and well equipped kitchen overlooks the Italian garden. Everywhere, Venitian chandeliers, statues, ancient pots. The residence also has a library with a XVth century fireplace, a TV room, a cellar with a wine tasting room. In the basement, there are a cinema complexe, a fitness center consisting of a Turkish steam room, a sauna, a massage room and exercise machines.

Two lily ponds, fountains, a menagerie with swans, ducks, geese and turkeys, meeting rooms and a large medieval cloister, being able to receive more than 600 persons, make this a truly « one off » luxury hotel, a venue absolutely unique and ideal for professional and private stays.

Every visitor here is a privileged guest, who can rent the entire property, just for a party or for several days, with or without staff.
