This spacious duplex with a serene rooftop terrace is located on the last floor of a cut stone building with elevator, and can welcome up to 6 guests. The refined and original decoration harmoniously mixes design items and vintage furniture, and makes it the perfect property for an unforgettable stay in Paris.

The corner living room has a stunning view on the Bourse (Parisian Stock Exchange). The open plan kitchen opens on the modern dining area and is fully equipped with all the electric appliances to wrap up a delicious meal.

Two bedrooms are located on this level, each with queen-size bed (160x200). The third bedroom is located on the upper level, accessible by the stairs located in the living room and has a comfortable sofa bed (140x200). This last bedroom often used as a reading room opens onto the large terrace, with a stunning view on the golden dome of the Garnier Opera, the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops. There are two bathrooms, the first with washbasin, bathtub and WC, as well as a 2nd bathroom with shower and separate WC.

Conveniently located, near the Bourse, this apartment is the perfect starting point to discover the city. It is within short walking distance to the Opera and Paris most famous department stores (Printemps and Galeries Lafayette), to the charming Galerie Vivienne (an ancient passage built as an indoor shopping mall for Parisians back in 1826, with delightful shops and cafes), the Musee Grevin (Paris equivalent of Madame Tussauds) and Hard Rock Cafe. If you walk towards the Tuileries, don't miss the place des Victoires and the gardens of the Palais Royal. In the neighbourhood, you will find many nice cafes and restaurants, one of them being the beautiful Grand Colbert brasserie, or the brasserie Le Gallopin on Place de la Bourse. A well stocked supermarket is located on 4 rue de la Bourse, and the market on the Rue Montorgueil is not to be missed.

For those looking for something a little different, located in the very same street, “Sur un arbre perche” is an ideal place for a romantic evening. The uniqueness of this restaurant is that you can dine sitting on swinging on small huts perched in the air.
