This recently renovated 4 bedroomed villa has arguably the best view on the French Riviera. Situated in a highly sought after gated domain on the cliffs directly behind the peninsula of Villefranche sur Mer the scenery stretches from St Jean Cap Ferrat down to the bay of St Tropez. The layout has been designed to take full advantage of the view with terraces not only leading from the main living area but also from each bedroom. The villa is very tastefully decorated and furnished and has a light and comfortable welcoming feel.

The access to the property is through electric gates on the 4th level. Descending down a few steps from the parking area you enter the property onto the balcony hallway overlooking the living area below. This leads to the master suite with separate dressing room and bathroom with a bath and shower room.

Descending down to level 3, either by stairs or lift, you have the main living space with open plan living / dining area. There is a cosy seating area in front of an open fire with a small TV and also a larger seating area looking out onto the terrace and view. The terrace has outdoor seating and dining for 8 with shade provided by awnings if required. The kitchen is very well equipped with high quality appliances and also has a side terrace with seating for 4 and a BBQ.

Again access to level 2 is by lift or stairs directly into the media room which is equipped with a 1.6metre TV. From here you have 3 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. All have showers and one a bath. Each room leads out onto small lawned terraced through windows that disappear into the wall giving a real sense of outside living.

The fourth level, not accessible by lift, is the pool area with a 14 x 4 metre infinity pool. There are semi-circular steps leading down to a shallow 1meter wide ledge that runs the entire length of the pool. There is ample sun lounging space and a logia with a covered dining area and a well equipped kitchen, shower and changing room. There is also a small seating area in the furthest corner of the pool terrace ideal for taking in the spectacular view. The next terrace down from the pool has a small grass area with a boule pitch.

All areas of the villa are air conditioned and each level has Wi Fi boosters and integrated Sonos sound systems with access to Spotify for an unlimited selection of music.
