Villa Valli at the Anavyssos seaside, suburb of Athens, presents a unique opportunity for enjoyable vacation time very near Athens, while at a country seaside environment.

It is located at 48 kilometers from Athens city center, 25 kilometers from the Athens international airport and only 150 meters from a very nice beach. Many shops can be found at two very near small towns at Anavissos or Saronida, both at a distance of 3klm. Water sports, scuba diving and water ski facilities are also near at 300 meters and extreme sports at 2.5 klm. Four open air cinemas at Saronida and two famous beach clubs at walking distance, guarantee entertainment for all ages.

Villa Valli is 190 sq.m. surrounded by a large veranda and a private garden of 1000 sq.m. with many flowers, bushes, trees and grass.

The villa can accommodate 8 people in four (4) comfortable bedrooms all with sea view, two with double beds and two with a pair of single beds each and four bathrooms.

A fully equipped spacious kitchen has all the electric machines (including micro wave and dishwasher), dining and cooking equipment and coffee machines.

The spacious living room (35 sq.m) is equipped with television, DVD and CD player, air conditioning and free wireless in all rooms. There is a dining-room of 15 sq.m semi separate from the living room.

It has a large (18m long- 6,60m with) swimming pool with adjacent decks, with wooden sun beds for sunbathing , a cozy and pleasurable Jacuzzi pool next to the swimming pool, an open shower with hot and cold water, and a very nice pergola to relax or dine near the pool

This house gives you countless places to rest, read or chat. Occupants can relax in four different verandas and pergolas, in armchairs and sofa with pillows:

Veranda 1: an attractive place for coffee or drink with an unforgettable view, surrounded by the well designed and maintained garden, gives additional relaxation.
