A very comprehensive renovation was recently completed. The interior finished to a very high standard. The beach house is situated in a dream location between the village square and the hotel. The villa is slightly elevated on a sand dune which gives it some of the best unrestricted views in Martinhal over the beach, the lagoon and the ocean.

The ground floor is home to lounge a spacious living room with fire place, dining room, kitchen and pantry. The ground floor also houses the master bedroom with fire place and a generous bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. All rooms have a fabulous view on the palm tree garden and the ocean, with French doors leading to a large patio with dining tables and steps leading down to the pool.

On the upper floor (entrance level) is a family suite which has its own living/dining room with fire place, including kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. An extensive terrace offers wonderful views on a cactus garden and the sea with the Martinhal island on the horizon. A staircase leads from the living to a mezzanine level with two double beds. Also on the upper floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace with sea view. This lay-out makes the villa ideal for two families holidaying together (or one family plus parents / children who will have their own section in the villa).

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, 3 fire places, Dutch and German satellite tv and English news channels. Wi-Fi is available with a Sonos sound system compatible with iPod and iPhone.
