Casa del Sole is traditional Dalmatian stone house, placed within astonishing natural surroundings, located in the heart of a wonderful landscape, and is indeed an ideal place for a relaxing and joyful vacation. It is set over 4500m² of private land in a quiet area, while the holiday house itself has over 90 m².

This traditional Dalmatian stone holiday house was extensively renovated in the recent years and tastefully decorated and finished in 2017, so that the original architectural features have been preserved. Casa del Sole is a house which seems to enrich your spirit and exude calm. You will simply feel relaxed there. Casa del Sole extends along two floor – ground and first floor. House has 2 ensuite bedrooms, one bedroom on upper level (gallery), 1 bathroom and is suitable accommodation for 6 people.

When entering Casa del Sole, you will find yourself in a lovely open space with kitchen and dining area with wooden stairs leading to upper floor bedroom with balcony. From this area, you will walk into the beautifully furnished and spacious living room with sofa that offers and enchanting view of the sea in the distance. This area is a wonderful combination of modern and traditional elements, where the stone wall gives the house a charming and warm atmosphere. From the living area, you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. One bedroom is on ground floor and has exit to terrace, while the other is situated on first floor and has balcony. Both rooms have modern ensuite bathrooms equipped with a shower.

The gem of Casa del Sole is its spacious surroundings with many contents that spread over an area of 4500m². The garden area is tiled in stone and landscaped with a variety of Mediterranean vegetation such as olive trees, lemon trees, herbs, tomatoes, etc. What sets this property apart from others is that it is conceived as an environmentally friendly structure, where you will have all your modern needs met, while also giving you a taste of the past. The entire garden is designed as a place from which guests can pick their own fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy the unique flavors of Dalmatia. Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year. Island Brac is characterized by all the typical Mediterranean characteristics: long, hot and dry summers and short mild winters. Area of 394 km², a length of 40km and width of 13 km Brac is the most widespread island of Dalmatia, and the third largest among 1185 islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian Adriatic sea.

Sutivan (Stivan) is a small town and port on northwest side of island Brac, the highest and largest Dalmatian island situated in Split – Dalmatian county. Together with Vicja Luka cove and Mala Tiha cove, Sutivan is a part of one of Croatia’s smallest municipalities. Today Sutivan is a small and silent village with a Mediterranean atmosphere and beautiful beaches with surrounding forests, while the promenade goes from the little harbour Lucica to the bay Likve, Prbuje, Stinive, Stipanske, Male Tihe and the harbour Vicja luka.
