Interiors

The inside of the Monte Mario Jewel in Rome is composed of 630 square meters over three floors. Starting with the ground floor, guests may relax in an elegant living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a designer fireplace. Large French windows allow access to the outdoor area. The dining room has a large table seats 10 people and connected to the living room, facing a large bay window overlooking the pool. The dining room also leads to the kitchen area, equipped to cater any of your needs. On the other side of the sitting room, you will find a leisure area containing a pool table and piano. This room connects the main house to the other side of the garden.

Up the modern staircase is the sleeping area. This level consists of the panoramic suite overlooking the city skyline and two spacious double bedrooms overlooking the pool. All rooms are connected to their own bathroom and are equipped with all modern comforts. Indeed, air conditioning, TVs and sound systems and Wi-Fi are at your disposal.

On the lower floor is located your own personal wellness center. Upon going downstairs, guests are greeted by a game room with its own table tennis table on one side, and a mini gym on the other. The gym features a treadmill, exercise bike and dumbbells. Further on, you will find a luxury spa, furnished with a large heated indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and chromotherapy showers. It is also equipped with a cedar wood scented sauna, an ice cascade and thalassotherapy, providing guests with all imaginable luxuries. A bar also features in the luxury wellness area, for guests to enjoy a drink after a relaxing spa session.

The Guest House, directly adjoins the main house through the kitchen. Just as modern and comfortable as the main house, it contains a living room with a flat screen TV, fireplace, and dining area. The contemporary design of the house combines unique wooden panels with pristine white surfaces. Up a few steps, you will find a double bedroom with its own bathroom, also equipped for your maximum comfort. On the bottom floor of the Guest House is an extra room which includes a sofa bed and an office, available for extra guests or event organizers.

Exteriors

The Rome Luxury Villa’s exterior is particularly notable for its gorgeous views from every angle. The back garden, with its neatly trimmed lawn is framed with plants in an English style. It also features a Dubai inspired cascade of water against a stone wall which lights up as the sun goes down. Furthermore, a patio shades a dining area for guests to enjoy their meals outside. Close by, you will also find a table tennis table, ideal for fun afternoons in the garden. An elevated outdoor terrace, equipped with its dining area and pizza oven allow guests to enjoy breathtaking views of Rome while savoring their meal. The terrace also looks over an organic vegetable patch on the floor below.

At the front of the house, a huge heated infinity pool with Jacuzzi overlooks the city. Surrounded with an Ibiza style cocktail bar, a sofa area, and deck chairs, it is the ideal place to bask in the sun, swim or sip a cocktail whilst admiring the Roman skyline.

Facilities and services

The Monte Mario Jewel is technologically advanced. An excellent sound system is available in all rooms of the house and may be used independently or all together. A CCTV surveillance system has been installed for guests’ maximum security. Heating and air-conditioning systems are both fueled by solar systems on the roof, making the villa particularly environmentally friendly. Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs throughout the house are of course included. A covered parking area for 3 cars is also provided.

Upon request, a range of additional services can be provided to ensure guests make the most of their time in the villa. The services include car, cleaning, catering, babysitting, massage, or surveillance services, tours of Rome and DJs.

Location

The villa is ideally located within a few minutes of the Olympic Stadium in the heart of Rome. It also offers guests the tranquility of Monte Mario, the hill the estate is situated on. With the historical city at its doorstep, it is within walking distance to the Vatican City as well as Metro stations, enabling guests to explore all the wonders that Rome has to offer.
