It has been architecturally designed with large landscaped gardens and offers magnificent views of the lakes and mountains from the front. The property is approached through two stone pillars and a long gravelled driveway. A large decking and patio area offers the perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of your surroundings. There are 7 en-suite bedrooms that sleep 17 people, five of which have mountain views.

THE ACCOMMODATION
The inside of the property has a superior finish throughout with the highest quality of fixtures and fittings. The entrance porch has a marbled tiled floor. The dining room has lovely double doors leading out onto the patio area. The lounge has a log effect modern electric fire, TV with DVD player. The large sitting room has a limestone fireplace housing a log effect modern electric fire. There is a downstairs bathroom with electric shower. The utility area is fitted with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are two stand-alone showers in the en-suites and five within bath tubs. There is also a stand-alone shower downstairs. In all, Fossa Lodge can accommodate up to 17 people very comfortably
