This luxury Villa Cocoa in St Tropez France has been newly renovated and finished to a high standard throughout with a perfect location in the Golden Square Parks at Pampelonne Bay. Just 300m from the sea and the world-famous Club 55 beach restaurant this private secure villa is within easy walking distance for the flip flop chic that only this area of St Tropez can offer. Enclosed and surrounded by 2000sq.m of well-maintained gardens the villa boasts a lagoon style heated swimming pool with spa and prized sea views over Pampelonne beach. The pool is 12 x 7m with an additional 2m diameter Jacuzzi overflowing into the main pool and surrounded by loungers and beds to help you laze the day away. If you would rather be more energetic, there is an outdoor gym available for you to burn off those croissants!

Inside the living space is open plan. The lounge has a giant plasm screen with Canal Plus and satellite channels. Cinema evenings can be had with the 3m screen, projector, BOSE sound system and DVD player, while those who would rather be more diligent can make use of the iMac and multifunctional printer. The living room has access outside to a wide terrace with even more lounge seating and views out to sea.

The large contemporary kitchen is over 30 sq.m in size and full of the latest toys including: Nespresso coffee machine, double oven, microwave, fridge, fresh water filter, ice machine, a gas wok burner, teppanyaki griddle, grill, fryer and finally, a wine cellar!! A dining area for 10 people on the adjacent terrace will also allow use of the BBQ, pizza oven and the aforementioned panoramic lounge. Villa Cocoa boasts five double bedrooms, similarly finished to a high standard and all with full beds, additionally there is a 6th bedroom which is in the guest house if you have additional guests.
