The furniture is a perfect combination of modern and old Umbrian country style, the kitchen, dining and living room are on an open space, with large windows and a door that leads on to the panoramic terrace with the below Jacuzzi and amazing views of the surrounding hills.

All around cultivated fields and sweet rolling hills, the garden is very well kept with beautiful flowers and typical trees like the cypresses. A white road takes you to the house entrance, on the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, large living room with working fireplace and a cozy dining area, just behind the kitchen a full bathroom with shower.

On the first floor reachable by a large stone staircase, takes you to a lovely living room with working fireplace, three double bedrooms, one twin room, one single bedroom with French bed and two full bathrooms with large shower, in one of the doubles there is a little mansard used as a “meditation room”.

The property is located fifteen kms from the charming medieval town of Todi, one of Umbria’s famous cultural jewels. A perfectly preserved historic town, Todi has a world-wide reputation for its beauty and cultural events. The city centre’s “piazza” is ideal for dining outdoors or for sipping cocktails as you take in the glorious surroundings.
