There are large patio doors which open out to the Ocean facing balcony with BBQ which is perfect for al-fresco dining.

Downstairs are 2 en-suite bedrooms and a further bedroom and separate bathroom. There is also a laundry room. From the bedrooms the patio doors lead out to the private heated swimming pool and the landscaped gardens
