Step inside through double black doors and into a grand entry warm oak flooring throughout and a statement rock wall fireplace that creates a separation from the main living area. Around either side of the rock wall step down into a sunken living area with a cathedral ceiling and a large candelabra chandelier. Above the large fireplace is "Billy", our white long-hair taxidermy goat trophy. The main living area features two 9' sofas facing each other and ample sitting area for your entire group. There are two sets of french doors that open onto an outdoor seating area with fire pit that over looks your private pond.

To the right and up 3 steps is the dining area/chef's kitchen combo where there's plenty of room for you and your guests around a large round Italian Blacksmith oak dining table. Adjacent is a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances, both large and small, and including a Saeco Automatic coffee machine, a Nespresso Virtuo (pods included) and a drip coffee maker and bean grinder.

Just outside the kitchen and through a large sliding door is a small patio with full-sized Weber propane grill and two Gemmenne Swing Chairs where you can enjoy the sites and sounds of your private pond (did we mention there's a fountain in the middle that provides soothing water sounds that creates such a relaxing ambiance?)

Back inside but through a 2nd set of glass sliding doors is a second family room with a large Restoration Hardware sectional and sofa bed. This room has a large TV and game table and a private full bathroom so it can comfortably be used as a 4th bedroom. The room is just off the kitchen but has a solid, lockable door to separate it from the kitchen area.

On the other side of the home and down a short hallway is a 1/2 bath and three full master suites, each with it's own full private bath and two with a large wall-mounted TV. Each room features AMAZING Amerisleep king-sized mattresses with luxurious (and always pressed!) Restoration Hardware sheets and comfy Pacific Coast Feather Company comforter and pillows. You will definitely sleep well in these rooms!

All of our bathrooms feature white subway tiles, black fixtures and warm oak vanities. We stock our bathrooms with Napa Soap Company bath and shower products, fluffy clean Restoration Hardware towels, hairdryers, rooming supplies (Q-Tips, make-up remover, etc.), and plenty of paper products! Outside the bathroom of the larger of the three master suites is an outdoor shower and private deck.

The property also features a large barn for outdoor barn dinners, a 1-acre Cabernet vineyard and a really cool original Nomadics Tee Pee for the kids. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.
