It has everything you want in an tropical island vacation rental property- lush landscaping, flat screen HD TV's throughout, hardwood floors, fun island-style furniture and fixtures and so much more.

The home features multiple balconies, including an over-sized one off the front on the 3rd level that is a simply fantastic place to go get lost from it all! The views of the island are so relaxing and comfortable- and don't forget about the soft island breezes you can catch. A perfect place to sit and enjoy a book for the afternoon.

Rather be in the sunshine? No problem. The tropical pool screams fun! With southern facing exposure, this area is bathed in sunshine much of the day. There is no better place to cool off after a long day at the beach. The covered lanai just off the pool offers plenty of shade if that is what is desired. Of course you can enjoy shade in the pool up under the umbrella in the shallow end as well!

4 bedrooms with 2 being master with en-suite baths, both with King beds. Full size bed and two twin beds are featured in the other two bedrooms.

The island does have a noise ordinance after 10pm, this ordinance pertains to any loud music or loud sounds coming from the property after this hour

Owner/Manager may only accept cancellations if they can re-book dates without loss to owner/manager of time or monies

Holidays are non-refundable

Exit Cleaning Fees may be charged if house is left in unclean condition, or not in same manner, including garbage and soiled items.
