There are two separate buildings that make up compound. The main home which is ground level, direct beachfront, has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 3 additional half bathrooms. The second, separate guest home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with two separate living areas and two separate kitchen. The pool will be situated in the middle of both for outstanding privacy.

The six bedroom home direct Gulf front and is at ground level and features a living and dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with 2 half baths. The 2nd floor will also feature living, dining, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There are large sliding glass doors that open up to the second level balcony which faces directly West overlooking the beautiful white sand beach. What an outstanding place to enjoy cocktails while having your own private sunset location!

The second building will be an elevated building so will have sweeping blue water views over top of the front ground level building. There are two separate living areas, on each level, as well as two separate kitchen areas. Also has an elevator. The pool will sit in between the two buildings and will be over-sized. Also includes a hot-tub that seats 12. The entire property will be surrounded with lush tropical landscaping, creating your own private resort destination for family and friends.

The island does have a noise ordinance after 10pm, this ordinance pertains to any loud music or loud sounds coming from the property after this hour

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age

Owner/Manager may only accept cancellations if they can re-book dates without loss to owner/manager of time or monies

Holidays are non-refundable

Exit Cleaning Fees may be charged if house is left in unclean condition, or not in same manner, including garbage and soiled items.
