Villa Sage is a newly-built (2013) private home located on a private sandy lane in the heart of Captiva's Village area. The three-level home features ten-foot ceilings and delightful porches, including a sky deck at treetop level offering 360-degree views. The heated pool is surrounded by a sun patio and privacy landscaping.

The expansive master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a king bed, and its bathroom has a soaking tub and a large shower. There are two other guest bedrooms on the upper level, one with a queen and one with two twin beds. Downstairs there is a king bedroom with a wardrobe and its own bathroom but no closet.
