Tuscan Skies is a wonderfully designer decorated 3 bed/ 2.5 bath home sits on the water with lovely views and beautiful pool and spa area.  The house has a feel of total relaxation when you walk in, with it’s lovely terracotta color and rich woods and leathers, you truly feel like you’re on a Tuscan Getaway.  The house really does inspire a lovely feeling of warmth and comfort upon entering.

The owner spared no expense as she completed the home adding a lovely dining set, great for 6 guests.  As well the living area is comfortable and modern, with enough space for the kids and family to all join in on some late night movies after dinner.  The open floor plan allows both the cook and company to easily converse while enjoying their time together. 

The master suite has a wonderful King sized bed with en-suite bathroom fit for a Queen.  The bath has a wonderful roman sunken tub and separate shower.  The area is perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a day of sailing, shopping, or whatever the mood brings.  The guest suite features a Queen sized bedroom with lovely full shared bath and the 3rd Guest room has a twin murphy bed, great for kids or a single friend or family member. There is also a half bathroom for company to use.

There is internet and cable at the house, so you will always enjoy the comforts of home.  And if you decide to go fishing or sailing, there are great places to charter a  yacht near the house.  As well there are beaches and dining nearby.
