The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a family room downstairs with a home theater and gas fireplace, making it a comfortable retreat for the family in addition to the living room, which is equipped with a home theater and wood burning fireplace. This home also offers a private outdoor hot tub as well as a gas grill, Direct TV, and wireless internet.
