Fifteen steps lead up to the entrance of this wonderful Hilton Head Island home. Located a short bike ride or walk to Coligny Plaza which features over 50 shops and restaurants. The welcoming southern style front porch is complete with rockers and outdoor sofa!

As you enter the open living room with beautiful travertine flooring you will find a sofa, two chairs, flat screen TV, gas fireplace and sliding doors to the back deck. The living room overlooks the deck and fenced in private lap pool. To the left of the living room is the dining room with seating for 6 and updated kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and center island with cooktop. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar area for three. There is a comfortable den off of the kitchen with a sofa, chair, desk with wireless internet, and flat screen TV. The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen with many cabinets and sink.

To the right of the entry way is a first floor bedroom with twin trundle bed and private bath. The master bedroom is off the living room with a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bath with jetted tub and separate stone shower. Off of the master bedroom, is a beautiful screened in porch overlooking the pool with comfy wicker furniture.

18 steps up to the second floor, you will find a hallway that overlooks the downstairs living room. There is a den area off of the hallway with flat screen TV, sofa and chair. The first two bedrooms on this level have a queen bed and twin beds, sharing a bathroom. At the other end of the hallway is the 5th bedroom featuring a king bed, flat screen TV, desk/chair and private bath. At the end of the upstairs hallway is a large balcony overlooking the back deck and pool.

The back yard is fenced in with a lap pool, 2 chaises, a dining table with umbrella and four chairs, and additional chairs and side table. The lap pool is approximately 29 x 8 and great for some additional exercise and lounging in the sun. A set of stairs off the pool area leads to the 2 car garage under the home.
