As soon as you enter the beautifully appointed living area (with a stunning Provst chair!), you’ll realise that this room forms the heart of this home, with floor to ceiling glass surrounding you. Step across the wide oak floorboards and open one of the doors onto the balcony, adorned with an abundance of potted green plants and with a concrete outdoor table setting overlooking the crystal waters of Bondi Beach. Luckily you don’t have to go too far to grab a glass of something cold to enjoy while making the most of the view, because the sleek, state of the art chic kitchen is just a few steps away as you head back inside, and comes with a marble island benchtop, Miele appliances and wine fridge.
