The entire top floor of this three storey home is dedicated to living and entertaining spaces. The centrepiece is a fully equipped kitchen featuring Gaggenau and Miele appliances, Sub-Zero fridge, induction stove and walk in pantry. The sunken living and dining rooms open out to a large deck with panoramic views over Tamarama Beach complete with undercover seating. This floor also features a powder room and a small television room opening to the pool deck.

In the bedroom level below you will find the master suite and three bedrooms as well as a laundry and media/rumpus room. The laundry has indoor and outdoor drying facilities and features Miele appliances and a pull out ironing board. The children’s retreat play area, includes a television with PlayStation and a piano.

Finally, there is a self-contained granny flat, featuring a King en-suite with full kitchen, laundry, and mini walk in wardrobe. This floor has its own private entrance from the street below and a direct path access to the set of stairs that takes you down to the beach.

Other features of this magnificent home include a private, fresh water heated pool with spa and a fully equipped pool cabana with bathroom so you don’t have to enter the home when wet. A private side walkway and entrance to the home takes you directly down to Tamarama Park and on to Tamarama Beach.

Waking up to the view of Tamarama Beach and water without leaving the bed is undoubtedly the owners’ favourite thing to do in this incredible home. When the day gets going, they love to make the most of the undercover entertaining area, cooking up a storm for friends and family with the sea breeze in the air and the pool beckoning.
